At The Heritage Window Company we believe that the quality of products and service that we offer speaks for itself, we are committed to a passive sales policy. Having provided a quotation, we allow the customer time and privacy to make their decision, while remaining available to answer questions as required.

To obtain a quotation, simply fill in our quotation form on the website, and we will email a budget quote to you within 72 hours. Alternatively please contact us at our Head Office or at our Beaconsfield, Dorking or Sevenoaks showrooms.

Following a request for a Metal Windows quote we will:

• Phone to find out details of requirements, and to answer questions
• Arrange to visit the property at your convenience
• Send the detailed quotation
• Make contact, normally only once, to confirm safe receipt of the quotation and answer any questions
  

Following receipt of an order we will:

• Arrange for our surveyor to visit, to confirm measurements, details and any specific requirements
• Manufacture your Aluminium Windows to the highest environmental standards
• Arrange a convenient time for installation of your new Slimline Windows

Survey and Installation options

Full service: We will survey, working with the client to achieve the required result. Our fitting teams will then install at the client's convenience, leaving the property neat and clean.

Assisted fit: Following an optional Heritage Window Company survey, one of our craftsmen delivers the windows/doors to the property, staying by prior arrangement to offer technical advice and assistance to the client's installer.

Supply only: : Following an optional The Heritage Window Company survey, the products will be manufactured and then delivery or collection of the Replacement Crittall Windows will be arranged at a time to suit the client.

The Installation Process

• We attend the property as agreed with the client
• Our craftsmen remove the existing windows and fit new frames if required
• Worn cills or damaged timbers are replaced
• The new Art Deco Windows are installed
• The old Metal Windows and all installation materials are cleared from the property, leaving it clean and tidy inside and out
• A member of our admin team telephones the client to make sure they are satisfied
